Shoot Time - Spring Season: One half hour before sunrise to 4 p.m. Shoot Time - Fall Season: One half hour before sunrise to sunset. Wild Turkey Hunting: To hunt wild turkey, you must possess a valid California hunting license and an upland game bird stamp. Hunters under the age of 12 may hunt if they have taken and passed a hunter safety course and possess a valid California hunting license. Upland Game Bird Stamp: Upland Game Bird Stamps can be purchased at DFG offices or licensed agents. This stamp must be placed in the space provided on your California hunting license. |
