2010 GENERAL SEASONS:

SPRING SEASON:
The Spring season shall open on the last Saturday in March extending for 37 consecutive days (March 27 - May 2, 2010).
Bag Limit: One bearded turkey per day.
Possession Limit: Three per season. (A bearded turkey is one having a beard visible through the breast feathers.)

FALL SEASON:
The Fall season shall open on the second Saturday in November and extend for 16 consecutive days (Nov 13 - 28, 2010) .
Bag Limit: 1 either-sex turkey per day.
Possession Limit: 1 per season.
2010 ARCHERY SEASONS:

SPRING SEASON:
The Spring season shall open on the last Saturday in March (March 27) extending for 51 consecutive days.
This season allows archers to hunt an additional 14 days after the close of the General Season.

Bag Limit: 1 bearded turkey per day.
Possession Limit: 3 per season. (A bearded turkey is one having a beard visible through the breast feathers.)

FALL SEASON:
The Fall season shall open on the second Saturday in November and extend for 16 consecutive days (Nov 13 - 28, 2010).

Bag Limit: 1 either-sex turkey per day.
Possession Limit: 1 per season.

Shoot Time - Spring Season:
One half hour before sunrise to 4 p.m.

Shoot Time - Fall Season:
One half hour before sunrise to sunset.

Wild Turkey Hunting:
To hunt wild turkey, you must possess a valid California hunting license and an upland game bird stamp. Hunters under the age of 12 may hunt if they have taken and passed a hunter safety course and possess a valid California hunting license.

Upland Game Bird Stamp: Upland Game Bird Stamps can be purchased at DFG offices or licensed agents. This stamp must be placed in the space provided on your California hunting license.
